Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna Therapy supports detoxification, relaxation, and recovery by using infrared light to gently heat the body from the inside out—promoting circulation, reducing inflammation, and enhancing overall wellness.

Woman, Sauna

What to Expect

  • You sit comfortably in an enclosed sauna

  • Infrared light warms your body without extreme heat

  • You’ll begin to sweat gradually and deeply

  • Sessions typically last 20–45 minutes

How it Works

1.

Infrared Light & Heat Penetration

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared light waves that penetrate several centimeters into the body, warm tissues, muscles, and joints directly, and trigger a deep, detoxifying sweat at lower temperatures.

2.

Increased Circulation & Detox

As your core temperature rises, blood vessels expand to improve circulation, oxygen and nutrients are delivered more efficiently to tissues, and sweating helps eliminate toxins such as heavy metals and environmental chemicals.

3.

Cellular & Nervous System Benefits

The gentle heat relaxes muscles and eases joint stiffness, calms the nervous system, and encourages parasympathetic “rest and repair” activity.
